Steven Drysdale

Steven Drysdale is an independent consultant who brings together a network of professionals throughout the United States to add focused expertise to the projects under his direction. The Steven Drysdale Group can address a wide variety of development needs in a holistic manner.

Steve Drysdale has worked in the non-profit field for more than 35 years with emphasis on Jewish communal organizations across North America and throughout the world.

Steve’s proficiency in foreign languages and his experience in many cross-cultural endeavors make him well-suited to help organizations that work in diverse cultural communities.

His expertise allows him and his colleagues to focus on organizational management, the creation of development functions within an organization, and the training and coaching of staff and volunteers. He has designed major capital campaigns and has either managed them himself, hired a development professional to do so, or trained the volunteers of the organization to achieve the campaign goals. In addition, his hands-on experience directing agencies has enabled him to assist clients in the design of new facilities.
